Nigerian-born, Texas-raised duo KAIRO, comprised of identical twin brothers, AK and EJ, debuts their latest single and video “HALO." On it, KAIRO navigates that feeling of being unable to shake someone — when love lingers in your thoughts in a way that feels both comforting and consuming. The recurring lyric “you hover on my mind like a halo” becomes both a metaphor and a mantra. KAIRO continues to redefine what the next generation of music both looks and sounds like. Nigeria's Bloody Civilian and PLACEHOLDER feat. buzzing alt-pop artist Amelia Moore following the debut of their first studio album ARE WE THERE YET?, which chronicles their journey as Nigerian-American immigrants carving their place in music.
