MEPH LUCIANO Born in Malden, Massachusetts and now operating out of Dallas, Texas, Meph Luciano is an independent rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer whose music blends golden-era lyricism, cinematic storytelling, underground hip-hop, and melodic R&B influences.
