ACT-1

The Almighty ACT-1 is an emcee out of Queens, NY, with over 30 years behind his pen. Modern boom-bap, East coast Hip-Hop with that classic "Golden Age" flare. He has collaborated with all-time Hip-Hop greats like Joel Ortiz, Young Zee, The Bad Seed and has opened for certified legends such as The Outsidaz, Royal Flush, Nems, Rustee Juxx, 38 Spesh, Rah Digga, Artifacts, Cella Dwellas, and more. A lyricist in the truest sense, with a focus on bar-work, but never allowing his passion for writing and the technical side of emceeing make him lose site of what Hip-Hop music is really about - having fun and moving the crowd. Since 2020 he has released several solo EPs, as well as a full-length solo album "Shit That Keeps Me Up At Night", and a full-length duet album with his partner in rhyme and frequent collaborator Saknofa, entitled "VLTR KMBT".
