Killrude

Emil Kilrud, more commonly known as Killrude, is an electro-bounce producer from the town of Boden in the north of Sweden. At 11 years of age, Emil became fascinated by the drums and consequently began learning the instrument under the tutelage of his uncle. Continuing this throughout his early teenage years, he then picked up the guitar, frequently experimenting with music production and composition. At 16, Emil spent his entire summer working as a church groundskeeper, saving to buy studio equipment to pursue his musical ambitions. 
 Today, Emil divides his time between producing music, studying to become a qualified builder and competing in boxing competitions across the Nordic region. In 2016, he released his debut single, Sunny Sunday, following this with Around the Sun in 2017 and the EPs Raise The Flag and Run Till Dawn in 2018. Collectively, Emil’s music has been heard over 13 million times on YouTube, but at just 18 years of age he seems set to deliver more knockout online hits in the years to come.
