Hidefumi Kenmochi

Kenmochi Hidefumi (born 2 Aug 1981), is a Japanese musician, producer, composer, a member of Wednesday Campanella. He began his carrier in jazz rap scene. Once he was found out by Nujabes, he released an album ”Falliccia” (2008) from his label Hydeout Productions. Since he started “Wednesday Campanella” as music producer in 2012, he’s been breaking new ground with bass music attitude, addictive tracks, and the very original lyrics. Their first major album “SUPERMAN” marked #1 on iTunes Japan and the top track “Momotaro” is over 23M views. Last year they released a single “Out of my head” with CHVRCHES. They also have performed in many festivals like Fuji Rock, SXSW, Camp Flog Gnaw by Tailor the Creator, and this year will perform in Primavera Sound! Now he is set to release a first solo album in nine years in May 2019.
