Blak King Folk is an artist hailing from St. Petersburg, FL, now residing in Pittsburgh, PA. He comes from an artistically inclined family in which he recently found out his rich history in music; famous songwriter Percy Mayfield and legend Bessie Smith are in his bloodline. A man of many talents, (musician, model, clothing designer) he prides himself for his strength, "I'm stronger now than ever before; physically, mentally, and spiritually". The epitome of rags to riches, Jacquay's life has been filled with tests, trials, and pain; yet he rose above all challenges using music as an outlet and a way to convey his message through his perspectives and many dimensions. His sound vibrates with finesse, and utilizes his southern drawl to charm ladies and motivate men. Ever the hustler, Jacquay funds both his music and multiple clothing lines with his own money.
