When Tom Curtain returned to music in 2017 after a 12-year hiatus, he didn’t expect his third album Territory Time to hit #1 on the iTunes Country Australia Chart — or his duet Never Never Land with Luke O'Shea to win two Golden Guitars. But for Tom, a singer-songwriter, horseman, and outback entertainer, success has always come from staying true to who he is. Based in Katherine, NT, Tom sings about real life in the outback — no frills, no fake twang. Just honest, heartfelt songs produced with Garth Porter across six albums and counting. His sixth studio album Here's To You (out 22 Aug 2025) is his most powerful yet — a tribute to the everyday battlers who show up and give it their all, even when times are tough. The title track (out 8 Aug) featuring Laura Frank , is a salute to their resilience, grit and spirit. When he’s not running his national award-winning attraction, Katherine Outback Experience, Tom tours his music and outback show across Australia with his family, horses, dogs and a crew of musicians including Chris Matthews and Laura Frank. He’s a proud ambassador for Dolly’s Dream and Farm Angels, using his platform to spread kindness and support mental health in the bush. Check out his more recent songs GOOD LIFE, JUST GIVE IT A CRACK, TOP END TOUGH and KNOCKIN' DOWN THE WALLS. Whether you’ve seen a show on the road, or are new to the music, Tom Curtain's songs will leave you feeling proud, uplifted, and a little more connected to the land and its people.
