Biography & Metadata
MAKSCHU is the psych-funk music project of composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Maximilian Reinhard. He has been making music since childhood, constantly exploring new instruments and sounds. What started as curiosity gradually became a lifelong passion for creating music. With a sound rooted in the psychedelic worlds of Khruangbin, Hermanos Gutiérrez, La Lom and Tame Impala, MAKSCHU is about movement, reflection and connection. Psychedelic guitars, funky grooves, warm basslines and dreamy textures come together to create music that feels organic, hypnotic and personal. A space to get lost in the music and see where it takes you. ✶
