Many adjectives have been used to describe NTO’s music: progressive techno and electronica, emotional melodies. A unique sound. Since his 2021 album Apnea, his prestigious collaborations (Paul Kalkbrenner, Tricky, Monolink), the album Forever Friends with Sofiane Pamart, shared stages with Stephan Bodzin and Ben Böhmer, and a signing with the All Night Long label, NTO has made a name for himself on the global techno scene. On his new album, NAKED, NTO lets the mask fall away. As a true master of progressive and sensitive electronic music, NTO manages with NAKED to envelop us in a new kind of sensitivity, both gentle and unsettled, where the voice plays a central role. We encounter flowers (in the track Myosotis), hummingbirds (Humming Bird), and themes of sharing (I Cared For You and Ensemble), alongside a great deal of color and hope, as well as collaborations with Sinego, Mont Rouge, and Romain Garcia.
