Hailing from the Netherlands, Julian Anthony has earned his stripes amongst the local underground scenes over the years, and in recent times has managed to present his infectious energy on a global scale, whether that be in the DJ booth, or his vibrant productions. As he evolves as an essential artist in the scene he has begun to experiment with vibes, dusting off records of old and new, carefully blending refined shades of funk-fuelled house, innovative techno, and raw electro, all with a progressive edge. This irresistible and genre-melding outlook has seen Julian hit the road frequently, touching down at the likes of Berlin hotspot Hoppetosse, the famous DC10 club in Ibiza, and the iconic Fabric in London. Mingling with friends and peers of crews such as Slapfunk, VBX, Half Baked and Sash along the way. Alongside this he has been enjoying some bucket list moments as he tours continents such as Australia and South America, with more in the pipeline in that respect. Whilst heavily touring, Julian’s playful sound has seen him release on sought after imprints such as Locus, Bee You and a debut solo EP on X-Kalay, supported heavily by some of his biggest inspirations.
