Biography & Metadata
Methodical Madness are a group from Guernsey, Channel Islands. They begun recording songs to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust in 2019. Robots. Dancing. Alone. (album) was released on 26th August 2019 in memory of Thomas Martin-Sarre, who passed away from Rhabdomyosarcoma five years earlier. They reformed with a different line-up in 2021 to release "I'll Stand By You" in memory of the late Sarah Harding and raising money for Cancer Research UK. In December 2022, Methodical Madness were back with a rendition of Girls Aloud's 'Untouchable' to raise awareness for Breast Cancer. Untouchable was later announced as the first single from their upcoming self-titled album. 5 original songs followed as singles between January and August as the group experimented with different sounds for their new album, ranging from EDM, to reggae, to soul. Methodical Madness (album) was released on 22nd September 2023. Blurry Vision (album) was announced as their third studio album, set to be released in 2024. The lead single (of the same name) was released in January 2024 featuring Australian-rapper Honey-B-Sweet. Thought of You will be the group’s fourth studio album, with the lead single ‘Heart of Hearts’ having been released in January 2025. The second single ‘Swan Song’ was released in June followed by the title track in September.
