Biography & Metadata

Given "King Salah" Chauke is a Gold Selling producer behind the production tag "King Salah Ke Star". His discography includes Lekompo smash hits such as Warning, Mamenemene, Fly High Lekompo and more hits. He is one of the respected producers in the Lekompo genre. The Johannesburg based producer was born and raised in the Northern side of South Africa-Limpopo Province. King Salah started making music in 2011, majoring with traditional music. It was in 2017 when he moved to Johannesburg that his dance music journey started. In 2023, he got his breakthrough as a producer after working on a song titled "moreki" by Shandesh. King Salah continued making hits with the likes of Kharishma, Shapha Memie, Sannere, Tribby Wadi Bhozza and many more . He recently dropped his debut EP titled Extended Melodies, an EP with 6 songs featuring the likes of Vocalist Riah, Kharishma, Shandesh, Wendy Moon and many more. King Salah is known for his bass heavy beats with traditional melodies. He is about to drop songs such as Ngim'tholile and Stimela Sa Lekompo back to back.
