Chris Lager

Chris Lager is a musician and producer from Nuremberg with roots in deep organic house, characterized by traditional instruments and organic sounds. Born and raised in a musical family, Chris Lager discovered his passion for sound and rhythm at an early age. Inspired by his father, a passionate drummer, he found his first starting points for his own musical work in traditional instruments. At the same time, he had been fascinated by playing the keyboard since he was a child: the keys became the gateway to his creativity. Chris gained his first stage experience in the 1990s: He took on the role of keyboardist and singer in rock bands. With the advent of the 2000s, Chris' focus increasingly shifted to the studio. As an artist and producer, he worked with other musicians and DJs on innovative projects that fused traditional instruments with electronic beats. After a long creative break and a growing life experience, Chris Lager is now back with a mature vision. Together with Jürgen Kirsch, he is once again producing regular releases on the ForYourInterest (FYI) label.
