KOS (pronounced chaos) is a 23-year-old from Long Beach, CA, ready to leave a significant impact on the landscape of R&B music. Drawing inspiration from luminaries such as J. Cole, Ari Lennox, and Jill Scott, her magnetic persona exudes strength and confidence, reflecting a journey that resonates deeply within her community. As the granddaughter of the late Roger Clayton; visionary founder of Uncle Jamm's Army and mentor to the iconic Egyptian Lover, KOS inherits a rich musical legacy that pulses through her veins. Singing, acting, dancing and entertaining aren't just her passion; it's her birthright, cultivated since she was a small child. Since dropping her debut EP, "Dysania," in January 2023, KOS has amassed over 600K streams across all platforms. KOS was a Finalist at the International Songwriting Competition (ISC) in 2023 and won best R&B Song at the 2024 Hollywood Independent Music Awards for her song, “Thank God”.
