Housewyve

Housewyve is a Munich-based artist and producer with a sound rooted in Afro House and the deeper, percussive end of the electronic spectrum. Her music draws from the warmth of the genre's South African and West African origins while pushing toward something distinctly European in its texture and atmosphere. Her debut release, Barbariga, is a collaboration with producer MikeR, inspired by the Adriatic coastline of Croatia. The track captures the feeling of beach clubs, golden hour, and cold drinks as the sun goes down over the water. Housewyve builds her music for rooms and for headphones, equally at home on a festival stage or a late summer playlist.
