Theo Day is a 24-year-old Canadian indie-folk artist rising from Montreal’s thriving independent music scene. Blending heartfelt storytelling with acoustic warmth, Americana influences, and a subtle indie-rock sound, Theo’s music captures nostalgia, reflection, and emotional connection through personal yet relatable lyricism. Since releasing his debut single Somewhere Shallow in August 2025, Theo has quickly become one of Canada’s most promising emerging artists. His debut EP Homegrown generated roughly 250K streams across DSPs in less than a year, alongside international radio play, media coverage on outlets like Billboard, editorial playlisting including New Music Friday Canada, Pop All Day, Fresh Folk, Indie All-Stars, Fresh Finds Folk, and Highway One, and growing industry attention.
