Peter Schilling

From 1983, the Stuttgart native climbed to the top of the charts first in Germany, then across Europe, reaching all the way to the US and Canada. “Major Tom (völlig losgelöst/coming home)“ has remained one of the most successful domestic and international productions up to date. For the last five years, Schilling has been the idea generator and co-creator of the book series “Der kleine Major Tom“. Volume 17, titled “Rettungsmission zum Pluto“, was recently published in time for the Leipzig book fair. (Publisher: Tessloff). The written adventures are accompanied by audio play releases in which Peter Schilling voices the adult Major Tom, as well as numerous merchandising items featuring the little outer space hero and his friends.
