Iusef es un cantante y compositor de Barranquilla, Colombia. Su nombre y su música provienen de una herencia palestina, negra, indígena y latina, lo que hace que su música sea tan rica y sutil. Sus canciones son íntimas y soñadoras, a la vez que desafían la categorización, yendo desde guitarras acústicas mezcladas con sintetizadores analógicos gruesos, hasta ritmos latinos intrincados, pero precisos, construidos a partir de antiguas máquinas de escribir y teléfonos. Su álbum debut ya está disponible, producido por el legendario productor Phil Vinall. Iusef is a singer/songwriter from Barranquilla, Colombia. His name and music come from a Palestinian, black, indigenous, Latin heritage, that makes his music so rich and subtle. His songs are intimate and dreamy while they defy categorization, going from acoustic guitars mixed with thick analogue synths, to intricate off kilter but lock-tight Latin rhythms built from ancient typewriters and telephones. His debut album is out now, produced by the legendary producer Phil Vinall.
