Navel

Navel blends hard rock with melodic, heavy grooves that hit with both heart and muscle. Founded by brothers Wally and Drew Worsley, and joined by drummer Gre Brier laying down the thunderous grooves, the band channels the spirit of Living Colour, King’s X, and Soundgarden — balancing searing riffs, soulful hooks, and emotional depth. Their latest album, Three States of Mind (December 2025), marks a powerful return after a 20-year recording hiatus. With tracks like The Only One, I’m Wasted, Moonlight Eyes, and Sludge, the record explores the tension between vulnerability and strength, weaving swaggering grooves with compelling melodies. From the atmospheric push of End Of Time to the reflective currents of Lonely, Three States Of Mind captures a band fully in command of its sound and vision.
