Nutopia

Nutopia is a Puerto Rican indie pop band formed in 2012 by Francisco Santiago and Ricardo Santana. Their music has been reviewed and featured in various media outlets, radio stations, blogs, and editorial playlists internationally, including El Nuevo Indie, Feels Like Latin Funk, and New Music Latin Friday on Spotify, Ruido and New in Indie on Apple Music, and Primavera Latina on Amazon Music. The band has been featured and reviewed by publications and radio stations such as Remezcla, KEXP, Bandcamp, Sirius XM, La Mega (Venezuela), Indie Hoy (Argentina), Reaktor 105.7 (MX), among others. Their music has also been featured in Amazon Playlists playing in Jetblue Airways. The group has also participated in festivals and showcases such as Heineken Dream Forest, the Coors Light Indie Fest tour, LAMC in New York, Smirnoff's Local Movement Fest, SXSW in Austin, Texas, the Happy Art event at the Museum of Art of Ponce, the Symphonic Live Showcase in Puerto Rico by Symphonic Distribution, and the Indie Fest Campeche in Mexico. They have also recently been selected to be the opening act for the most renowned rock band in their history: Fiel A La Vega. They have shared the stage with acts such as Buscabulla, Calma Carmona, Los Walters, Circo, Rainao, Young Miko, Villano Antillano, Alvaro Diaz, and El Hijo de Boriken.
