The Highway Club

The Highway Club is Ben & John from the UK, a synthwave project inspired by neon-lit highways, late-night radio, and the emotional pulse of 1980s cinema. Blending retro analog synths with modern production, their sound captures moments of nostalgia, romance, and escape — music for night drives, city lights, and midnight dreamers. Drawing influence from classic film soundtracks, vintage arcade culture, and contemporary electronic pop, The Highway Club creates cinematic tracks that feel both familiar and forward-looking. Each release is designed as a story, combining shimmering melodies, driving basslines, and atmospheric textures that evoke memory and motion. With themes of connection, distance, and digital-age emotion, The Highway Club explores how love and identity exist in a world of glowing screens and endless night skies. Their music invites listeners into a vivid retro-future where every song feels like a scene from a lost movie — emotional, immersive, and full of colour.
