Filiah

Filiah is an Austrian indie-folk artist whose music weaves together intimate storytelling with delicate arrangements that she describes as "indie folk with a glittery sparkle of pop." Raised by a music-loving single mother, Filiah found her voice through music at an early age. Their “carpool karaokes” on the way to school became a sacred space where mother and daughter found joy during challenging times. This laid the groundwork for her eclectic musical journey, growing from folky roots into a bold pop language. Yet, Filiahs sound is unmistakably her own: raw and honest, fragile yet substantial, nuanced with humor. Her superpower: turning vulnerability into something empowering. Filiah aims to create the same sense of understanding and empowerment that she finds in her own musical influences, crafting songs that feel like "a little home where you're understood and cared for." Her recent Sad Girl With A Punchline - EP has earned her a nomination for the FM4 Award 2026, international press coverage and placements on global editorial playlists. Her live show won the XA Export Award at Waves Vienna. Following showcases in Hamburg, Šibenik, and Groningen, Filiah is finalizing her album and planning her own tour shows for 2026.
