Biography & Metadata
SAHARA is a DJ and producer duo from Munich. They call their sound Power Melodic Techno: the emotional pull of melodic techno, built to peak, with indie dance melodies underneath. 🔥 At the heart of their artistry lies their original music — driving basslines, atmospheric melodies and rich textures, built on light and dark, tension and release. Tracks made to resonate in a small room at two in the morning and on a festival mainstage alike. 🏆 In June 2026 they won the World Club Dome DJ Contest and opened the festival's mainstage in Frankfurt the same week they found out. They have since played Open Beatz, Slush Helsinki and clubs across Munich, and released on WePlay, KarmaKontra and Daydreaming. Live, SAHARA play back to back for 60 to 180 minutes, moving from Melodic House through Indie Dance into Melodic Techno.
