Dimitar Dimitrov

Bulgarian pianist Dimitar Dimitrov started racking up competition wins before he ever set foot in a conservatory. He earned his Master’s degree in Classical Piano at the Conservatory of Amsterdam under the tutelage of Jan Wijn, the Netherland’s most famous piano professor. He went on many concert tours throughout the country playing in some of the biggest halls in the world. He didn’t realize what was missing until he sat down at the piano one day and started composing. He’s not been able to stop since. His compositions are described as ‘musical storytelling at its finest.’ Nowadays he spends his time composing, teaching and touring the country with his piano duo DimitrovBoelee.
