Backstabbed

Formed in 2018 in Offenburg, Germany, BACKSTABBED have carved their own path through the hardcore scene with an uncompromising DIY mindset, explosive live shows and their self-defined "Boundaries Breakin' Hardcore" sound. Blending crossover hardcore, crushing breakdowns, 2-steps, modern metal influences and emotional lyrics, balancing aggression with vulnerability. With one album, four EPs and numerous singles, BACKSTABBED have shared stages with LANDMVRKS, Stick To Your Guns, Terror and Hatebreed, establishing themselves as one of Germany's rising independent hardcore acts. 2026 marks a new chapter. On October 2nd, BACKSTABBED released their new four-track EP, SERVANT OF MISERY — a personal journey through loss, guilt, alienation, inner conflict and destructive patterns. "SPRING INSIDE MY GRAVE" confronts pain, grief and the struggle to heal without depending on someone else. "ANOMALY" dives into guilt, fractured identity and the fear of becoming the very thing you despise. Titletrack "STONE COLD" explores wounds left unhealed, self-built walls and the coldness that can suffocate every remaining emotion. Together, these four tracks form SERVANT OF MISERY — a journey through breaking apart, facing the ghosts of your decisions and searching for something to hold onto among the ruins. Raw, heavy and deeply personal, the EP reflects what happens when aggression turns inward — and how hope can begin to grow where everything once felt dead. www.backstabbed.de
