Biography & Metadata

Jadel is a three-time Caribbean Music Awards-nominated female Soca artist, singer, songwriter, composer and pianist from Trinidad and Tobago. Blending Soca with R&B, Dancehall, and Afrobeat, she has built an international audience through more than 500 live performances and 21M+ combined streams and views across two independently released studio albums, *Call Me Jadel* and *Don’t Be Mistaken*, along with subsequent singles. Her catalogue includes “Deserve It All,” “Shake Up,” “Up In The Party,” “Addictive” feat Charly Black, “Yuh Man,” “Jam Somebody,” “Another Man” and “Permission,” with her music receiving exposure across BET and MTV networks. A hands-on creator, Jadel develops many of her songs from their earliest stages. She created the melody, lyrics and original home demo for “Round N Round,” which later carried her to the International Soca Monarch finals. She also originated the melody and concept for “Deserve It All,” guiding the record through collaboration and final production before it became her biggest streaming success. Her journey includes five consecutive annual tours and performances across the Caribbean, North America, Europe and Asia, including Soca in Japan, Ibiza Soca Festival Malta, Swiss Soca Festival, Kings Theatre in Brooklyn and Palladium Times Square. Jadel continues to represent Trinidad and Tobago as an independent female Soca artist driven by resilience, creative ownership and global ambition. Official Website: http://callmejadel.com
