ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE set to release in September 2026 is the new album by santpoort ''This record is my manifesto, a treasure chest of hope, community and home. My cassette recorder became my notebook, that I brought with me everywhere. I started recording my friends, family and strangers. Small moments of conversations, laughter, music jams and late night chats. The imperfect and human feel of those fleeting moments carefully carrying the pulse of the backbone of what became the beating heart of room full of people. This notebook became a room full of people. '' -- Santpoort is the lo-fi psychedelic vocal pop and beats project by Dutch, Sydney-based multi-instrumentalist, producer and composer Julien Mier. Named after Julien’s hometown, a coastal dune village in the Netherlands, the project touches on homesickness and melancholy with a sense of wonder and a naive child-like curiosity.
