Dan Rouge

Dan Rouge is a Spanish singer, songwriter, and producer whose music blends the nostalgic spirit of 80s synth-driven pop with a modern electronic edge. He began his career in 1994 as part of the synthpop duo Oxigeno, developing a sound inspired by the golden era of New Romantic, synthpop, and classic electronic music. Influenced by iconic 80s acts and the emotional atmosphere of vintage electronic pop, Dan Rouge creates music that combines melodic hooks, cinematic synthesizers, dance-pop energy, and heartfelt storytelling. His style moves between retro aesthetics and contemporary production, bringing together shimmering synths, powerful choruses, and melancholic melodies. Over the years, Dan Rouge has continued evolving as an independent artist, crafting songs that celebrate the timeless sound of synthpop while keeping it fresh for modern listeners. His music is driven by passion for melody, emotion, and the unmistakable sound of analog-inspired electronic music. His upcoming album “Underwater” is set for release in June, preceded by the lead single “Say My Name” in May and the release of “Nothing Left Between Us” in early June.
