Chaosbay

With millions of streams, appearances at major festivals like Wacken Open Air and headline tours across Europe, Berlin-based CHAOSBAY have grown into a force to be reckoned with in modern progressive metal. Now signed to Metal Blade Records, the band continues to push its sound forward with “EGOSYSTEM,” the third single from their upcoming album, due March 2027. Blending hip-hop and nu-metal grooves with catchy metalcore hooks, crushing riffs and progressive twists, “EGOSYSTEM” shows just how far genre-bending can go without sacrificing the power, melodies and immediacy that define CHAOSBAY. Produced by frontman Jan Listing, the track brings unexpected influences together in a sound that is both unpredictable and instantly memorable. With their distinctive mix of technical ambition, massive hooks and a willingness to challenge expectations, CHAOSBAY prove once again that progressive metal doesn't have to follow the rules to hit hard.
