MANTIAL (Juan Esteban Rúa Gómez) was born in Medellín - Colombia, he began to enter the urban genre in 2009 being part of the MANTIAL & GAVELA duo. He made himself known internationally with the success of his single "FLOW DE JAMAIQUINA", one of his first singles that led him to participate in an important contest in the television program "Day to Day" held in Colombia by the TV channel Caracol , getting second place. MANTIAL has attended massive national events such as THE FESTIVAL with more than 30,000 attendees in the city of Pereira; and FLOW DE MI TIERRA in the city of Medellín, which included more than 60,000 urban music lovers. Internationally, he has delighted the South American audience with multiple presentations, as he did in Brazil; where hundreds of people had the opportunity to enjoy their full show in different clubs; In Ecuador he performed at the same URBAN FESTIVAL that took place in the city of Quito, shared the stage with world-class artists such as Maluma, Nicky Jam, Ñengo Flow, Baby Rasta and Gringo, Cheka, Trebol Clan, Tito El Bambino, Alberto Style , Amaro, Tony Dize, Tycoon and Valentino, Farina, Golpe a Golpe and Andy Rivera among others. Musically, MANTIAL has collaborated with artists such as: Nicky Jam, Nova, Yelsid and Kannon among others; and several musical productions under the Kapital Music Record label, Fleiva Records, Digital Records, Medellin Live Records.
