drift in blue

drift in blue is ambient music inspired by our favorite natural element, you guessed it: water. There’s something endlessly fascinating about it. Maybe it’s the way it can take so many different forms, or the fact that it might be the source of all life. Whatever it is, water keeps pulling us in, and creating music around it feels like the best way to explore that fascination. We play with synths, guitar pedals, effects, and whatever tools let us bend and stretch sound into something new. If you listen closely, you might even hear our own recordings of water incorporated into the music. This project isn’t about perfection. It’s about exploring, experimenting, and following whatever sound feels right in the moment.
