Giovanni began his recording career in the 90s when he was signed to Sire Records. Seymour Stein, the president of Sire/Warner Bros. Records, discovered him after hearing a recording of Giovanni's song 'Running Man,' which delivered a Euro pop dance vibe and was popular on the club circuit. The song is now considered a cult classic. Following this success, he was immediately signed and went on to record 'Girl In My Eyes,' selling over 500,000 singles. After a 20-year hiatus from the music business, Giovanni was recently brought back into the spotlight by EDM producer Maceo Plex with a single titled 'Revision,' written and performed by Giovanni Gonzalez. This song became one of the biggest EDM hits of 2022. Giovanni is currently working on new material set to be released soon.
