Biography & Metadata

Trinisha Browne is a Trinidadian-Canadian singer, rapper, songwriter, and music executive whose sound blends Afrobeats, Afro-R&B, Hip-Hop, Dancehall, and Afro-Caribbean influences into a vibrant and emotionally driven musical experience. Born in Trinidad and Tobago and based in Montreal, Browne grew up surrounded by Reggae, Gospel, Hip-Hop, and ’90s R&B, influences that continue to shape her distinctive style today. Since launching her career with her debut EP Free-write in 2016, she has steadily built a catalog that reflects themes of love, resilience, ambition, self-discovery, and cultural identity. Her releases include Thought You Should Know, Red Roses, Fumbled, Good Vibes Only Vol. 1, and her debut album Rhythm & Love, a project that showcases her ability to merge soulful melodies, rap lyricism, and global rhythms. Beyond her work as an artist, Browne is the founder of Browne Records and serves as Head of A&R at Nnamani Music Group, helping develop and connect emerging talent across Africa, the Caribbean, and North America. With a growing international audience and a mission to bridge cultures through music, Trinisha Browne continues to push Afro-Caribbean music forward while staying rooted in authenticity, storytelling, and creative independence.
