Benson

Benson is a Nigerian Afrobeat and Afro-Fusion artist blending Afrobeat, Highlife, and Afro-pop melodies into a sound rooted in culture with a modern luxury edge. Born Abiola John Adeyemi in Osun State, he emerged from Nigeria’s underground Afrobeats scene and gained early momentum with his 2012 single King. Since then, Benson has continued building his catalog with vibrant records like Camera, Baba Olowo, and his creative take on Olamide’s Lagos Boy titled Sisi Eko, while collaborating with artists like BizzontheTrack and Malik Abdul. His music blends rhythm, melody, and storytelling into a distinctive Afrobeat style.
