Don Elektron

Don Elektron has been quietly making music. And quickly gaining a reputation for blending subgenres of Latin Music (neoperrero, regional Mexican, dembow, reggaeton) with collaborators in the world of Jamaican dancehall, UK grime, Nigerian afrobeat, and American hip hop. He/They have most recently released songs with BIA (who has also collaborated with Kali Uchis and Nicki Minaj among others), DeeWunn (best known for the classic dancehall smash “Mek It Bunx”), Magugu, and Stush to name a few. No stranger to multimedia --- Don Elektron has soundtracked videogames like EA FIFA and Saints Row, tv shows like Ozark, Issa Rae’s Insecure, Élite (Netflix), Ewan McGregor’s Long Way Up, Molly Shannon’s The Other Two, Vida, Good Girls, Contra Las Cuerdas, and La Flor Mas Bella to name a few, and brands like Nike. 2023 will see the release of Don Elektron's debut full length. / / / Don Elektron ha estado haciendo música en silencio.
