Jot Maxi

Fusing the raw flows of contemporary roadside rap with the vibrancy of UK Bass and the neon pulses of 80's Synth-Pop mixing up genres is second nature to Jot Maxi, former vocalist of critically acclaimed British Rap-Metal group 'Hacktivist'. Having grown up under the deception of a cult, a shift in Jot's spiritual perspective was ignited by an overdose resulting in a near-death experience while on tour. This life-altering event led to a newfound faith, and eventually his departure from the band. Now, embarking on a bold new solo path, Jot masterfully merges sounds from Drill, Underground Pop, and EDM. His voice harnesses the roaring intensity of Nu-Metal, charged by the transformative energy of cosmic ego-death and post-futurist lyricism that breaks down the walls between daily life and the divine presence of God. What emerges is a vivid collision of sonics, flow, and vision that has already secured Jot Maxi a unique spot in the future of experimental music.
