Since first making music in 2021, mearriad has built his career around reinvention, experimentation, and storytelling. Before adopting his current name, he created music under BANSHEE, Revolution, Mercury-7, and later mearr, developing the foundation for a catalog spanning multiple genres and artistic identities. Inspired by Lil B’s limitless creativity, Tyler, the Creator’s world-building approach, and later Lil Ugly Mane’s raw experimentation, mearr established himself through projects including Alll Earss, ToMfOoLrY, sHeNaNiGnS, OVERNIGHT TRUTH, OVERNIGHT TRUTH: THIEF EDITION, A Love Story Ending In Tears, She’s (Not) Different, TH3 DR!LL3R K!LL3R, and TH3 DR!LL3R K!LL3R | D3LUX3. Blending trap, alternative hip-hop, boom bap, indie rock, and conceptual songwriting, his music evolved constantly while remaining focused on narrative and self-expression. Storytelling has remained central to his work, particularly on A Love Story Ending In Tears and She’s (Not) Different, where interconnected narratives explored love, loss, obsession, and change. Later, TH3 DR!LL3R K!LL3R and its deluxe counterpart pushed his sound into darker, more experimental territory. Beyond his solo work, mearriad is a founding member of THE ¥ONIVERSE alongside MYZTIK, fin-c, justsomekid, D1JP, sonny brown, MBshox, and Kpower.
