Shivraj Mundi

Born in Doraha, Punjab and raised in Canada since the age of four, I’ve lived my life between two worlds—both of which shaped my voice. After high school, I returned to India to earn my veterinary degree. Today, I’m a fully licensed veterinary doctor in Canada, spending my days caring for animals and my nights creating music that comes straight from the heart. I’ve been singing since I was five years old. I trained in classical Indian music, Kavishri, Kirtan, and Punjabi folk under two incredible legends—Shashi Lata Virk and Sardar Chamkaur Singh Sekhon—who taught me everything I know. Over the years, I’ve performed at countless programs, functions, and competitions across the Punjabi community in Western Canada. I write, compose, and sing my own songs. Music is my passion, my escape, and my way of connecting with people. My goal is to create a sound that not only resonates with listeners, but inspires them. Stay tuned—there’s much more music on the way, dropping regularly. 🎵🔥
