STEREOCEROS

As a true musical jack-of-all-trades and after having collaborated with many artists thanks to his job as a sound engineer, Anthony Boyer aka "Stereoceros" has not set any barriers with all the bands for which he has composed and toured throughout France since the early 2000s, whether on guitar, drums or keyboard/vocals. It was in 2023 that a real return to the source took place with the desire to connect to his first influence: the electronic music of the 80s and 90s, the one that gave birth to this fascination for musical creation, even though he comes from a family of non-musicians. Stereoceros' music is a clever mix of nostalgic sounds and modern elements from electro, house, electronica, pop and even rap/hip-hop, happily flirting with the French Touch of Daft Punk, Kavinsky or French 79 or the melodic house of Joachim Pastor or RÜFÜS DU SOL. But what stands out most in Stereoceros' music are the melodies that instantly connect with our deepest emotions, uncompromisingly privileging the simplicity of an evocative theme and an inspiring melodic line over any other form of musical expression.
