Wavediffraction

My aspiration for performing and writing music began when I was a teen and created a small band together with some friends in a garage, inspired by the post-hardcore sound of the 2010's. Wavediffraction (the album) almost never actually happened, as I had initially given up on music in 2017, but got back into in 2019 and at the time I was obsessed with witch house so I came up with the name I use today, originally planning to be a witch house artist. I began producing a few tracks in that style but switched to a more trap metal, alternative and nu-metal direction along the way. Bands like @Bring Me The Horizon, @Dropout Kings, and the scene in general have also been big influences for me and have inspired me to push the boundaries of genres and experiment with the blending of many different styles that I love. Before becoming a solo artist I had a few attempts to work on projects with other artists I met online and be in a few bands but eventually began doing everything by myself. I'm not a trained audio engineer so my mixing/mastering isn't industry standard, but I did what I could with what I had, making music in your bedroom by yourself with next to no budget and getting it to sound decent without having the proper gear or knowledge does take a bit of headache.
