nokeum

Nokeum is a multidisciplinary artist whose name reflects both the act of recording and the scent of green, symbolizing a deep connection to memory and nature. Nokeum’s work spans composition, arrangement, engineering, and visual art, all woven together with a focus on capturing the fleeting moments often lost in the background of life. Inspired by the idea that certain sensory impressions—like the smell of fresh grass—linger in our minds while others fade, Nokeum seeks to document these delicate, ephemeral fragments through music. Approaching their craft as both a recorder and an observer, Nokeum's art is a reflection on the beauty of what is often missed or overlooked. Each project serves as a sensory record, an attempt to preserve those subtle yet profound experiences, offering listeners a contemplative space to reflect on the past with a sense of lingering connection. @recordingreenery @intofabletown
