Emmalyne

"Taking life in bite-sized bits, one day at a time, so I can taste the flavours and make them last. When I sing, something comes alive in me and so I’m riding this wave today and maybe it’ll flow into tomorrow. I’m a firm believer in the power of us little humans in this mess of a world if we aren’t too scared to see truths and say it as it is. Kind hearts and music have carried me through difficult times, and I will forever pay that forward as best as I can. That is my promise and the intention behind my singing and songwriting." Named by her Dutch and British parents after a song called Emma by Hot Chocolate (“Emma was a star in everyone’s eyes, Emma-Emmalene”), Emmalyne released her first song, Aliens, in March 2023 . Since then she has been experimenting across different genres, from pop, to indie/ folk and with her newest releases into dance/ electropop. With her unique music and its message, she hopes to inspire others the way she feels inspired by artists such as Froukje, CHARLOT, Fleetwood Mac and The Indien.
