Fababow

Fababow is the solo musical project of italian/french composer and keyboardist Fabrizio "Fab" S. Muratori. Synth Metal & Electronic Rock! Hello there, I'm a carbon based organic lifeform born in the '80s that plays stuff with keys (mostly not randomly). I started to study the piano at the age of 7yo. After a classical training and some concerts and competitions throughout Italy and France, in 1997 the encounter with Jens Johansson's keyboard sound led me to enter the world of synthesizers. In 2004 i founded a prog/power metal band, Nhorizon, with wich i released a full length album, "Skydancers" and an EP, "Nightstalkers". I collaborate with the swedish project Tower of Stone (2 full lenght albums and some solo tracks), and i appeared as a "guest" in the album "Damnation" of the norwegian band Gaia Epicus. I started different projects of various genres (prog, rock, fusion, electronic, synthwave), some of them collapsed into stellar clouds of gas, others, like SYNTHTONIC, are still running. I love space, cats, '80s stuff, storms and videogames. In 2026, I published a sci-fi story in Italian called "La Frequenza Fantasma".
