Born in Sarawak, Borneo, NAKI is a Malaysian singer-songwriter and composer whose music blends poetic storytelling with heartfelt emotion. Since his debut single “Lelah” in 2023 and the introspective EP Melankolis, NAKI has been crafting songs that speak to love, loss, and the quiet truths of being human. His artistry gained recognition through the viral success of Eksperimen Desolasi, featuring “Sayang” and “Puspita”, which resonated across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Following this, he released a string of acclaimed singles including “Ucapkanlah ya”, “Tarian Si Juwita”, and “Datanglah Sang Puteri”, leading up to his debut full-length album Teruntuk Jantung (2024) — a body of work that solidified his place as one of Malaysia’s most evocative new voices. In 2025, NAKI continued to evolve his sound through the heartfelt duet “Lepas Pegangan” with Indonesian artist Mitty Zasia, and the introspective single “Menjadi Dewasa”, a reflection on growth, gratitude, and resilience.
