Voli Contra

If global pop and golden era hip hop were thrown in a petri dish, Voli Contra would be the nostalgic, yet unique creation that bloomed. Working with artists the likes of Alan Walker, J.Cole, Bebe Rexha, Young Guru and producers such as LÒNIS, Broiler, William Larsen, and Nick Lee, Voli’s eccentric style travels a wide spectrum of sonic and lyrical exploration. As a multiple threat, he can belt a gritty, soulful melody and spit an intricate, lyrical rap verse all in the same song. “I’ve always wanted to speak for every man, woman, and child” he explains. “Bending and fusing genres allows me to do that in a no-holes-barred way without rules or restrictions. I became jaded with the world at one point and these songs helped me through it. So I want to help others with this music as well.”
