Lowkee

When talking about the music industry, most people make it seem like the only way to succeed is to have a major label behind you. It takes a special kind of person to break away from the mainstream and start their own path, but that is exactly what Lowkee is doing. Lowkee is a young and upcoming artist based out of Montreal, Canada who is currently focused on Hip-Hop/R&B with some Pop influence bringing an eclectic musical mixture to these already popular genres. Lowkee has taken the time to understand the business aspect of the industry by promoting his image and implementing various marketing strategies to create awareness about his music. He describes his sound as being primarily old school, but with a new school flow added in order to render a smooth and transitional sound. Lowkee’s sounds resonate with listeners on a unique level. His powerful voice provides the underlying tone for tracks that make you want to dance, jump up and down, or simply lay back and relax. His main influences include artists such as, Lil Wayne, 50 Cent, Michael Jackson, and Ace Hood, which have contributed to shaping his current style. Lowkee's main goal is to share with the world his music and lyrics through new technology, original beats, and live performances all over the world.
