Owen Reilly

From the heart of the Adirondack Mountains in Saranac Lake NY, Owen grew up listening to his father's tunes out on the lake, skiing and everywhere else, which ranged from John Lee Hooker to John Prine to Van Halen. Blues, Classic Rock and Country-Americana was where it all started and after spending much time in the metal scene with his 3 piece band "FELON 13", Owen wanted to root back to where it all started while still pulling influences from the shredders like Zakk Wylde, Dimebag Darrell, Randy Rhoads and so on. His new tunes culminate much of the taste from the Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Jimi Hendrix, Joe Walsh, Leon Russell and many others. While Owen is representing himself as a solo artist here, he has the same backbone to his band as he did in Felon 13, Alex Rusbarsky on Drums and Ryan Meagher on Bass. 'The fellas' represent as top players in so many genre's including but not limited to Jazz, Blues, Country, Americana, Metal, Polka, etc, so it's only fitting to have his boys across the solo project. Greg Foeller (Sound Engineer/Producer), who has been across all of FELON 13's recording and Owen's new tunes, is a central defining factor to the love and authenticity that comes out in the music.
