New Machine

Beginning his career in 2002 as a guitarist in metal bands before moving into the UK grime scene, New Machine established himself as a producer alongside Lewi White, working with artists including Chip, Devlin and Klashnekoff Between 2010 and 2017 he toured the world as Plan B’s guitarist and hypeman, performing Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage, Coachella, Brit Awards, arena tours and major television appearances including Later… with Jools Holland and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, while sharing stages with Adele, Bruno Mars and Janelle Monáe. In 2017 he signed to Universal Records as an artist, releasing 'Chance' featuring MALIKAA and Shakka, while his duo WØLVES attracted international attention and earned a place at a Rihanna songwriting camp . Since then, his production, songwriting and artist credits have included Jorja Smith ‘Little Things’ , Aitch ‘Sunshine (feat. New Machine)’ , Vintage Culture & Maverick Sabre ‘Weak’ , Ed Sheeran , Steel Banglez , Idris Elba , Bone Thugs-N-Harmony , Lancey Foux , Slew , JayG and many more. He is also 1/4 of Defected Records act YOURS alongside close friend and collaborator Maverick Sabre, whose debut album What's Mine Is YOURS was championed by Louie Vega . In 2025, New Machine received a Grammy nomination for his contribution to Lila Iké's Debut Album 'Treasure Self Love', cementing a career that has seen him evolve from touring musician to internationally recognised producer, songwriter and artist.
