Lou CharLe$

Lou CharLe$ learned to feel a song before he understood it; the bass rattling his windows on a J'ouvert night in Trinidad, long before he could see where it was coming from. He spent his childhood collecting places like that one: Trinidad, Cairo, Houston, each one teaching him a different rhythm to listen for before he ever picked up a pen. That same instinct followed him to Texas, where he began forging his way through the industry one ear at a time. From electric shows to a record cut with Houston legend Paul Wall, what's traveled with him every time is the same three things: the wit that never turns off, a touch of emotional depth, and a feel for the vibe that gets a crowd moving without ever losing the plot.
