Chad Price

Accomplished award-winning Canadian singer-songwriter Chad Price has firmly implanted himself as a major creative and entrepreneurial force within Canada’s music landscape. Price has earned a reputation for cleverly weaving evergreen Folk/Soul songwriting prowess within a current Pop/R&B music shell, seamlessly bridging the gap between classic and contemporary. Often drawing comparisons to artists like Leon Bridges, John Mayer, and a modern-day Bill Withers, Price’s music captures the sensitive spirit of an 'old-soul' with its maturity and wisdom-laced lyrics that transcend age, race, genre, and time. Take Price’s award winning single “Somehow, Someway”, which set the stage for his 2022 Searchlight win, CBC Music’s coveted national prize highlighting Canada’s best emerging talent. Featuring soul-stirring vocals, infectiously uplifting melodies, and achingly vulnerable lyrics, “Somehow, Someway” made CBC’s Top 100 Canadian Songs of 2022 list and has become a sorely needed cathartic and timeless anthem of hope. Achieving millions of global streams, this track served as a catalyst for Price’s emotionally expansive 2022 album “Introversion” which has won high praise from media outlets throughout the globe. As he forges ahead with game-changing new music in-hand and having safely embedded himself in Canada’s Pop-R&B/Soul elite, Price is continuing to make meaningful contributions to music and solidify his name, legacy, and longevity as a music-making powerhouse.
